Soup "Julien"
800 g broth
100 g green beans
80 g canned green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
60 g sorrel
2 carrots
1 turnip
1 onions
1 leek (white part)
2 Art. l. butter
2 Art. l. sour cream
ground black pepper
salt
Chop into fine strips turnips, onions and carrots, fry on Masolov.
Bring broth to a boil, add the beans and peas, browned vegetables, pepper and salt, and cook until tender over low heat.
Sorrel cut into strips and add to the soup for 5 minutes before end of cooking.
Before serving the soup add chopped fresh herbs and sour cream.
