Soup "Russian"
600 g meat on the bone
50 g butter

2 head onions
2-3 tablespoons buckwheat

Put meat in a pot, add water, boil a strong broth.
Rump bust, a little fry in a pan, put in boiling broth.
Rinse, peel potatoes, cut into small cubes.
Onions cleaned, cut into rings, fry in butter with potatoes, put in the broth, boil until tender potatoes and buckwheat.
Season with soup "Russian" chopped herbs (dill, parsley) and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and leave on the stove.
