650 g peeled shrimp

450 g crab meat

400 g tomatoes in own juice

225 g bacon

5 cloves garlic

3 head onions

2 stem celery



1 Bulgarian green pepper

1 Bay leaf

2,5 l chicken broth

1/2 Cup chopped parsley

1/2 Cup vegetable oil

3/4 Cup wheat flour

Peel and finely chop the celery, onions, garlic and bell pepper, tomatoes drained, chop them.

Put the vegetables from the pan into a saucepan with a capacity of 6-7 l, pour the broth, add the tomatoes, thyme, Cayenne pepper, Bay leaves, 2 tsp. of salt over low heat cook for about an hour.

Add to razmechtavshimsya vegetables parsley, the rest of the onions and shrimp, put another 5 minutes

In a saucepan put the bacon and crab meat, put another minute, salt to taste, remove from heat and remove Bay leaf.
