Soup with fish and cilantro
350 g fish fillets (cod, flounder, haddock and redfish)
2 Art. l. chopped cilantro
0.5 l water
To prepare the marinade:
2 Art. l. light soy sauce
1 Art. l. water
1 h. l. cornmeal
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 h. l. sugar
1 h. l. vegetable oil
salt
Preparation of the marinade: Melt the sugar in the water, add the flour, soy sauce, salt, butter, stir and warm up for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cut the fish fillets thin slices, pour the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
Water bring to a boil, put the fish, add the cilantro and cook soup until cooked fish.
