Tatar soup with beef
400 g beef
100 g lard
6 tubers Potato
2 head onions
2 cloves garlic
1 bundle parsley
bay leaves
pepper, salt
On this same recipe can be cooked with mutton soup, it is necessary to take the same amount as beef.
Diced bacon, then fried in a pan.
The meat is cut into pieces, add to the fat, fried together until slightly browned, pour 2 cups of water, quenched 30-40 minutes on low heat.
Onions cleaned, cut into cubes, put the meat, mix everything and then pour 1 liter of water, salt the soup and bring to a boil.
Peel potatoes, cut into quarters, add to the soup, boil on low heat until cooked potatoes, adding 5-10 minutes before end of cooking pepper and bay leaf.
