Curd Romanian "Papanas"
200 g cottage cheese
120 g flour

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 pinch lemon zest
oil for frying

Through a sieve to wipe the cheese with butter, beat eggs, stir well, add the flour, lemon zest and sugar.
Molded cakes, put them into boiling fat and fry until Browning on both sides.
