200 g tomatoes

100 g frozen corn
what kind of corn to choose? we'll show

100 g potatoes

60 ml olive oil

20 g parsley



4 chicken eggs

3 garlic cloves

? sweet green pepper

? sweet red pepper

1 tsp. sea salt

? tsp. black pepper

Peel the potatoes, cut into thin plastics, 10 min to fry in a pan with heated oil, until lightly tender.

Clean the peppers from seeds, cut into cubes, place in a pan with the crushed garlic, pepper and salt, put 5 min, then put the corn and tomatoes, diced.

In a separate bowl beat the eggs with chopped greens, salt.

When the potatoes are roasted until soft, pour all the eggs, stirring, put the dish in a preheated 200 degree oven and bring to readiness.

Served tortilla in Spanish both hot and cold.
