400 g beef rumen
200 g beef bones
160 g vegetables (carrots, parsley, onion)

Well scrape scar knife, rinse with warm water several times, rub with salt, brush scrape, wash in cold water 2-3 times, put in a saucepan, bring to a boil, drain, rinse with cold water.

When the meat is almost done, add the prepared vegetables (half), and the rest cut into strips, put in a pan with melted fat and fry.
Separately, brown the flour in the fat until light golden brown, pour the cold broth, bring to a boil.
Cooked meat in the broth cool, then cut into thin strips, put in a sauce, put the chopped roasted vegetables, whole peppers, salted.
Before serving on flyaki-Warsaw poured into a soup plate, served separately grated cheese and spices (paprika, oregano, ginger, ground).
