Fruit and vegetable pilaf
300 g rice
240 g sauerkraut
180 g carrots
150 g prunes
90 g raisins
600 g water
2 Art. l. sesame oil
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
sugar
salt
Pour the rice with boiling water, add sugar and cook until tender.
Combine cooked rice with chopped carrots, cabbage and dried fruit, simmer until cooked under the lid.
Before serving, arrange greens.
