Skewers marinated in yogurt
800 g lamb
50 g low fat yogurt without fruit
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. sunflower oil
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. salt
To prepare the marinade, mix the yogurt with pepper, salt, tomato paste and butter.
Mutton wash cut into squares, mix thoroughly with the marinade, leave for 12 hours for marinating.
Take out the flesh, put it on skewers and cook on the grill or coals.
