Skewer kefir in Sevan
800 g mutton flesh
100 g bacon
0.5 l yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
2 cloves of garlic
4 onions
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
ground black pepper
salt
Cut the lamb into cubes and add to it chopped garlic and onion. Pepper and salt, pour the yogurt and leave to marinate for 10 hours.
Remove the meat from the yogurt, dry cloth and strung it on shpashki, alternating with thin slices of bacon.
Fry in a pan with butter or on the grill over glowing coals.
Serve skewers with fresh vegetables and herbs.
