150 g dry white wine

100 g soy sauce

3 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

ginger, pepper

cumin seeds, mustard and coriander

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, put soma half an hour in the prepared marinade, but not put into the refrigerator.

Fold soma in a colander, then cook the skewers of catfish on the grill.

In the same way you can cook the skewers of salmon, cod or any other fish.
