"Rustici" with lemon
100 g butter
2/3 glass wheat flour
2/3 glass sugar
1 tbsp. grated lemon zest
salt
RUB the butter with the sugar, add the lemon zest and the flour, salt, remove the dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Heat oven to 180-200 degrees, pulling the dough from the refrigerator as quickly as possible to cut its flagella, it should not have time to warm up to room temperature. Flagella should be 4-5 cm long and 1 cm wide.
Put the flagella on a baking sheet, greased, and bake for 15 minutes until Golden brown.
When "rustici" with lemon cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
