Lemon currant muffins
Dough:
150 g water
125 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 lemon (zest)
3 Art. l. powdered sugar
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 h. l. baking powder
Sauce:
150 g powdered sugar
? lemon (zest)
? glass blackcurrant
2 Art. l. lemon juice
water
Knead the dough of all the components, cook pancakes, frying them in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
Dissolve the powdered sugar to the sauce in the water, add pre-grated currants, bring everything to a boil, add the lemon juice and cook for 1-2 minutes everything.
Before serving lemon currant pancakes pour currant sauce and garnish with lemon zest.
