The cottage cheese pancakes with berry puree
What you need:
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
vanilla - pinch
1 the grated zest and juice of a lemon
3 tbsp. wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
250 g cheese
1 PCs egg
4 tbsp. melted butter
2-3 tbsp. powdered sugar
500 g berries fresh
2 tbsp. brandy
salt - to taste
herbs mint, berries for decoration
Butter shake with 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
Zest mix with salt, egg, flour, cheese and oil mass, knead the dough and soak it for 20 minutes. Bake 12 muffins in melted butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Lemon juice, berries and remaining sugar shake in a blender, add the brandy.
When serving, put the berry puree on pancakes, decorate with berries and mint leaves.
