Dessert "Cherry apelsinchik"
500 ml cherry compote
100 g sugar
25 g gelatin
5 oranges / tangerines large
Pour gelatin 150 mL of boiling water, leave for an hour.
Wash the oranges, cut in half, to choose the flesh.
Compote pour into a saucepan, add sugar, bring everything to a boil, add the swollen gelatin, bring to a boil again, immediately remove from heat, allow to cool.
After cooling, pour a lot of orange molds, put into the cold for 6 hours.
Before serving dessert "Cherry apelsinchik" beautifully cut and out onto a plate.
