8 potatoes

200 g milk

1 egg yolk

50 g butter

4-5 garlic cloves

1 bunch dill

salt

2 l water

Boil the potatoes in salted water, wipe until it is hot. RUB the garlic with the salt, add the potatoes, cook for a few minutes. Cool, add the yolks, pre-whipped with milk, chopped parsley, and melted butter, stir.
