For 1 serving:

100 g pineapple juice

100 g ice cream

100 g milk

25 g coconut syrup

15 g syrup blue (dye)

Mix in blender juice, syrup, milk and ice cream.

Before serving, make the glass of sugar edge, decorate the glass as desired.

Instead of coconut syrup, you can use the chips, in this case, the milk should not be added, replaced it with plenty of pineapple juice.
