Scrambled eggs with mint and green peas
100 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
5 eggs
50 g grated cheese
1 tbsp. chopped mint
5 tbsp. sour cream
50 g butter
black pepper
salad
salt (to taste)
Beat eggs, add sour cream, Gorodec, mint, pepper, salt and stir.

Sprinkle with cheese and 5 min cook on the grill.
Before serving, cut into serving pieces, served on lettuce leaves.
