Omelette-jam
2 eggs
40 g butter
120 g milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
20 g sugar
100 g marmalade or jam without seeds
60 g powder sugar
40 g zest lemon
In the egg mixture add mashed with sugar, lemon zest and fry, put the jam, roll roll, again fry. Finished omelet put on an oval dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Omelette served hot.
