Omelette with olives and salmon
3 eggs
2 tbsp. milk

Beat eggs with milk, a little salt, pour the mixture in a hot frying pan with a little oil, cover, minimum fire after 2 minutes turn off heat, leave the omelette to languish (not lift the lid).
Cut the salmon in thin strips about 3 inches long, cut into quarters olives.
Chop almost identical strips salad and scrambled eggs (a little more than strips of lettuce).
Put on each strip omelet salad, it salmon and olives, roll into a roll, fasten with toothpicks or skewers.
Serve the omelet with olives and salmon as a snack or for Breakfast.
