Walnut cookies "Larks'
250 g flour
7 Art. l. vegetable oil
4-5 Art. l. water
4 Art. l. peeled walnuts
4 Art. l. honey
1/3 h. l. salt
Dried cherries for decoration
Chopped nuts in a blender mix the flour, salt, pour vegetable oil and honey, stir 2 tablespoons gradually add water, knead the dough - it should have plastic.
Molded dough sausage, split it into pieces the size of walnut.
Roll each piece into a sausage, one half to lift up the right angle - it will be the head and body larks, another tip to flatten, to make a beautiful tail with a knife or fork.
Bake Peanut cookies "Larks" in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 15 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment spread with honey and cherries as attaching eyes.
