Biscuits "Scrambled Eggs"
250 g margarine
175 g sugar
175 g starch
175 g flour
75 g grated almonds
1 a packet of vanilla
1 egg
apricots (out of a jam or canned)
Margarine or butter melted, stir in sugar, egg and vanilla, add flour, then the starch and almonds, mix well.
Put the dough in a piping bag, spiral squeeze out "proteins" cookies-fried, in the center of each put half of the apricot.
Preparing biscuits "Scrambled eggs" at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar, is cooled.
