125 g butter

2 glass wheat flour

1 glass sugar

3 eggs

2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Two eggs, separate egg whites from yolks, third - cook hard boiled, RUB through a sieve, combine the yolks, add sugar, beat for 15 minutes

Put into the egg mix the softened butter and half of the flour, stir, add the remaining flour, knead the dough.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle and cut into strips, tie each knot.

Grease cookie "Knots" with egg white, sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake on a baking sheet greased with oil, at a temperature of 200 degrees until Golden.
