Carrot jam
1 kg purified carrot varieties "Karotel"
1.5 kg sugar
For the syrup: 800 g sugar, 2 cups water
Cut carrots into cubes, scalded with boiling water, cool. Boil the syrup, add chopped carrots and boil for 5-10 minutes. Set aside a pot of jam for 8-10 hours. Then again, bring to a boil, add to taste citric acid, vanillin.
