Carrot jam

Ingredients:

800 g carrot

syrup:

400 g sugar

3/4 glass water

Uvarov carrots until soft, cut asterisks (form), dipped in thick syrup. 400 g Carrot 200 g sugar fairly. Boil down to transparency.
