Ingredients:

1 kg carrot

1 kg sugar

1 pcs. lemon

1 kg of carrots wash, cook, clean, beautifully cut and sprinkle with sugar (1 kg). Take a lemon, a sharp knife to remove the crust, scald it with boiling water (water drain). Scalded cake slice and cook the sugar water for 1 hour (until tender). The pulp of the lemon, cut into thin circles, put in the cooked carrots, cooked to the same put lemon peel. All it cook until the syrup will not become thick and carrots transparent.
