Fake apricot jam
Ingredients:
1 kg carrots
2 l red gooseberry
800-900 g sugar
water - a little
Carrot peel and chop, gooseberry clean, put them in a bowl, add a little water and cook until soft. Grind the mixture into puree, pour the sugar and cook for about 10 minutes after boiling. Slightly chilled jam arrange on prepared hot banks and lids.
