Gooseberry jam emerald
Ingredients:
1 kg gooseberry
1.4 kg sugar
cherry leaves - to taste
Prepare a decoction of the leaves of cherry: 100 g of fresh, carefully washed leaves pour 3 cups water, bring to a boil and cool. At washed gooseberries make incisions and remove the seeds, pour broth cherry berries and put in a cool place for 12 hours. Then drain the juice and sugar syrup to cook it. Pour hot syrup berries and cook for about 15 minutes, 2-3 minutes before end of cooking, toss in a jam dozen fresh cherry leaves.
The finished jam immediately decomposed into jars and roll tin lids.
