Jam gooseberry family-melinoe
Ingredients:
700 g gooseberry
300 g raspberry
1.3 kg sugar
1.5 glass water
Cook the gooseberries and raspberries; to sort, separate the stems and rinse well. Cook the sugar syrup and pour into it the berries in small portions. Cook at once, removing the foam, until tender. After the end of cooking spread along the banks and close. Cool the jars upside down in the air.
