Jam gooseberry family in Polish
Ingredients:
1 kg gooseberry
1.5 kg sugar
1.5 glass water
Before blanching gooseberries prick. Then for blanching dipped for 2-3 minutes in boiling water and cool. Boil the syrup and pour it over the berries. Cook on slow fire, stirring constantly, once the jam reaches a boil, put in a cool place for 8-10 hours. After this time the jam again, bring to boil, cook for 3-5 minutes and again put in a cool place for several hours. To do so 2 more times and then cook until tender.
