Kuchmachi
Today I want to present to your attention Georgian dish from giblets. Prepare it as chicken, beef and their giblets. I chose the chicken products because they softer and more gently. Besides hearts, livers and ventricular you need even necessarily spices and herbs. Without these fragrant additions you will not get the original Georgian dish.
Ingredients:
- 350 g Chicken hearts
- 350 g liver
- 350 g stomachs
- pair tablespoons vegetable oil
- ? tsp coriander
- 1 tsp hops-suneli
- 1 tsp dried basil
- cilantro (parsley)
- 1 onion
- chili pepper if desired
Approximate cooking time: 60 minutes.
In one portion of approximately 300 kcal.
Method of preparation:
All offal thoroughly washed and were dried with a paper towel. Onions cleaned, cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil until lightly browned.
The ventricles are thoroughly cleaned with a knife, to send Roasted onions.

After 3-4 minutes of frying over high heat, put spices and herbs.
Pour 300 ml of purified water and simmer, covered dish for about 40 minutes. Greens put when the dish is completely ready. Mix all optional add pomegranate seeds.
