2 Art. l. crushed nuts

0.5 glass wine vinegar

1 Art. l. ghee

1 h. l. ground ginger

1 h. l. crushed red pepper

2 Art. l. chopped cilantro

2 Art. l. chopped parsley

1 h. l. cinnamon

Salt to taste

Wash the chicken, cut into pieces, cut off excess fat. Chicken fat with warm melted butter in a frying pan and fry the mixture into pieces of meat until golden brown. All spices mixed with chopped herbs, crushed nuts and vinegar, add this mixture to the chicken pieces, all carefully stir and simmer over low heat, covered for 20-30 minutes.
