Scrambled "Mish-Mash" in Bulgarian
200 g cheese
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
1 head onions
1 sweet pepper
parsley
ground pepper
vegetable fat
salt
Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until browned, add the peeled and diced tomatoes.
Cut peppers into cubes, add to pan, cover with a lid, over low heat until tender roast pepper, add the crumbled cheese.
Lightly beaten eggs, add to the pan, add pepper and salt, cover and stew until tender, a few minutes before end of cooking sprinkle with parsley.
Served fried "Mish-Mash" in Bulgarian breakfast.
