Peppers in oil (in Bulgarian)
2,5 kg peppers
0,5 l water
200 g vinegar is 5%
250 g vegetable oil
100 g sugar
1 PCs parsley root
1 garlic - head
salt to taste
The peppers are washed, cleaned seeds, parsley root is cleaned and cut into slices. Garlic assort on the teeth. For the marinade in water dissolve salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil.Pepper, garlic and parsley spread out on the banks. Pour hot marinade; cover with lids, sterilized (liter jars for 15 minutes), cover and cool. The taste of this piece can be changed using flavored or fruit vinegar, spices, aromatic herbs or flavored vegetable oil.
