Greek strudel
1 kg puff pastry
1 kg minced meat
200 g cheese
2 glass grated hard cheese
2 slices of wheat bread
1 egg yolk
1 egg
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
black pepper
salt
Onions fry in butter, then add the minced meat and fry it until cooked. Add minced onion bread, pre-soaked in water and squeezed, chopped cheese, egg, parsley, pepper and salt.
Roll out the dough, cooked stuffing put in the middle, to bend inward edges of the dough, roll roll.
Lubricate the roll yolk and make several punctures, sprinkle with cheese, bake the strudel until Golden brown.
Before serving, cut into Greek strudel a La carte pieces and garnish with greens.
