Strudel with apples

100g butter, raisins and roasted walnuts/almonds
90g sugar
20g vanilla sugar
1H.l. cinnamon
Method of preparation:
How to make strudel with apples. In a deep bowl sift flour, add salt, beat the egg yolks, gradually pouring water, knead elastic dough, carefully knead it properly mix the dough stops sticking to your hands.
