Meat pie
1 kg beef
800 g dough
2 boiled eggs
1-2 onions
? glass beef broth
3 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. butter

Boil the beef, add water, spices, onions, roots, then allow the meat to cool and grind it in a meat grinder.
Eggs finely chopped, combine the meat, add fried onions, herbs, broth, melted butter, pepper and salt.
Roll out the dough with a layer 1 cm thick, put on a greased baking sheet.
Put in the center of the dough with meat filling, splicing and sumipntg edges of the dough, leaving pie in a warm place for 15 minutes
Preparing meat pie for 40 minutes at a temperature of 210-220 degrees before serving, leave the pie for 10 minutes, covered with a cloth.
