500 g beef

2 pcs. onion

3/4 glass sour cream

1-2 Art. l. tomato paste or ketchup

1 Art. l. flour

Meat wash, cut into small pieces and repel them. Broken-off slices cut across the grain "straws".

Finely chop the onion and fry in butter.

When the onions are browned, add the sliced meat, salt and pepper and cook over high heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat and simmer the meat under the lid for 5-7 minutes.

The meat is then sprinkle with flour, stir and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the sour cream into the meat, stir and bring to a boil.

Add tomato paste or ketchup, stir and simmer, covered for 2-3 minutes until tender.

When serving sprinkle with chopped parsley or dill.
