500 g mutton flesh

2 tomatoes

2 eggs

4 pen green onions

4 Art. l. wheat flour

4 h. l. sesame seeds

1 h. l. sea salt

1 h. l. black peppercorns

ground black pepper

Cut the meat into cubes.

Beat the eggs until smooth, finely chopped tomatoes and onions.

Mix everything except the sesame and lamb, put the meat in this mixture, cover and put into the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on a plate, roll the meat in it.

Skewered lamb on skewers, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Fry or grilled over the coals, turning occasionally, until tender.

Post kebab "Chinese" with sea salt with fresh vegetables, sauce and greens.
