Cakes with pears
600 g ready puff pastry
300 g pears
? eggs
1 Art. l. water
Combine the egg with water, mix, cut into small pieces of pear.
Roll out the dough formation 7mm thick, cut from a cake in the shape of ovals.
In the center of each cake to put the pieces of pear, connect and press the edges, brush the surface of each egg patty.
Lay out cakes with pears on a sheet of water-wet, keeping the distance between them in 3cm, bake 20 minutes at 240 degrees.
