DUCK BREAST in the refined sauce
For the preparation of (2 servings), we need:
350 g 1 duck breast (about)
? of head savoy cabbage
150 ml chicken broth
4 tablespoon Madeira
1-2 tablespoons of sauce thickener
Breast and sprinkle with spices, fry on all sides. Sliced cabbage and boil in salted water. Put the meat in a bowl with cabbage, and the fat from the roasting breed broth and Madeira. Then brew thickener, season with spices to taste.
