Kharcho Chicken
For the preparation we need:
Chicken medium size
800 g tomato
4 onions
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 glass shelled walnuts
1 teaspoon ground saffron
4 sprigs of green celery
4 sprigs of cilantro
Ground red pepper
Salt to taste
Chicken wash and chop into small pieces. Fill four liters of water and bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook over moderate heat. 15 minutes until cooked add finely chopped onion. Meanwhile tomatoes scalded with boiling water, rub through a fine sieve and cook for 10 minutes. Nuts, cilantro, celery and garlic mince, add pepper, salt and saffron, stirring with tomatoes. Thereafter all boil for another 5 minutes. Refueling drive into the soup, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Serve soup decorated with greenery. Bon Appetite!
