Caucasian adjika
700 g hot pepper
4 sweet pepper
4 heads of garlic
2.5 h. l. salt
2 h. l. tomato paste
2 h. l. vegetable oil
2 h. l. vinegar
fresh herbs (basil, parsley, dill, cilantro, mint and a little fennel)
spices (allspice, fennel seeds, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, bay leaf)
Hot peppers cut along, remove seeds, spread out and give it provyalitsya.
Scroll with sweet pepper, add the tomato paste, vegetable oil, vinegar, bring the mixture to a boil, allow to cool, then add the chopped herbs and garlic, twist, then add salt.
