500 g sweet pepper
200 g garlic
150 g horseradish
150 g bitter pepper
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
salt (to taste)
All the ingredients you need to twist grinder, join, add sugar and salt, the vinegar, stir. Canning this recipe is made without cooking products, adjika immediately decomposed by banks.
To store such adjika better in the refrigerator. The severity depends on the amount of bitter pepper, if You don't like too spicy, add less bitter pepper.
