5 kg tomatoes
4-5 kg beet
1 kg carrots
1 kg sweet pepper
200 g garlic
200 g vegetable oil
150 g 6% vinegar
150 g salt
150 g sugar
4-5 hot pepper pods
Rinse prepare beets, tomatoes, carrots and peppers, twist in a meat grinder, add the peeled garlic.
Cook the mixture in a aluminum pan for 1.5 hours with constant stirring, adding vegetable oil, sugar and salt.
For half an hour before the end of cooking, add the vinegar.
Next beet adjika expanded in sterilized jars and rolls, left in the "coat" for 10 hours.
