1 kg carrots
1 kg apples
1 pod bitter pepper
1 glass sugar
1 glass twisted grinder garlic
1 glass vegetable oil
1/3 glass vinegar 30%

Prepare all the vegetables and grind them in a meat grinder, put in a saucepan, boil 2 hours, then add sugar, salt and oil, mix well, allow to cool.
