400 g kvass
120 g pickled mushrooms
0.5 glass sauerkraut
8 feathers green onions
2 boiled potato tuber
2 boiled eggs
1 Art. l. chopped dill
1 Art. l. sour cream
1 h. l. horseradish sauce finished with vinegar
salt
Cut into cubes 1 egg protein, potatoes, mushrooms.
One-third pound of green onions with salt and pour kvas, yolk rub with sour cream, combine with onion leavened mixture, stir, add the mushrooms, potatoes, horseradish sauce and vinegar and cabbage.
Served hash "Mushroom" with half eggs before serving, sprinkle with herbs and green onions.
