Tomatoes, pickled grapes
On the Bank with a capacity of 3l:
3-4 carnations
3-4 peppercorn
3 cloves garlic
2 sprigs mint
2 brush grapes
2 sprigs Basil
1 head onions
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar 9%
1,5 tbsp. salt
Put in a jar prepared mint, pepper, garlic, onion, Basil, cloves, tomatoes, grapes (without branches).
Pour in a jar of boiling water, leave for 20 minutes, then drain water to boil and once boiling, pour the tomatoes, again leave on for 20 minutes
Next, water is again drained, add sugar and salt, in a jar, pour the vinegar, then pour the tomatoes, pickled grapes, boiling brine and seal lids.
