For the marinade:

10 peas allspice

Pour water into a saucepan, add the peas and sweet black pepper, bay leaf, sugar and salt, bring everything to a boil.

Pour the marinade to the tomatoes, without adding to the edge of the banks 2 cm in each jar with a capacity of 3 liters needed to refill 40-50 ml of vinegar.
